Is my vehicle suitable for towing?
Most of our medium sized trailers can be towed by the vast majority of vehicles, however there are exceptions as trailer size increases.
If you are unsure about the towing capacity of your vehicle or what trailer would be suitable for your needs, please give us a call and we will gladly assist you.
What documents do I need to hire from you?
We require a valid driving licence and proof-of-address. Valid documents include utilities bills, bank statements or any other official documents showing your address. Your name and address on your licence must match your proof-of address.
Do I need to pay a deposit to hire?
Most of our trailers do not require you to pay deposit to hire. However, if we deem you a high risk customer, we may charge you a deposit at our discretion. This deposit is refundable once the trailer has been returned and inspected for any damages.
Additionally, some of our specialist trailers/vehicles (Recovery Truck, Crane Trailer) require a deposit. If you are looking to travel to outside of the UK then we will also request a deposit in this circumstance.
Do you offer insurance when hiring?
No, we do not offer insurance. Your standard motor policy will cover a towed trailer.
